Our award-winning 9% bottle-conditioned Barley Wine is brewed in small batches and matured in the brewery cellar like a fine wine.
A over T stands for "Aromas Over Tongham" after the village of Tongham in Surrey where we brew it. Brewed with high quality English malted barley, Kent Goldings hops are added for bitterness and aroma, together with Bramling Cross hops to further enhance the flavour.
Best enjoyed like you would a fortified wine, in a wine glass or brandy balloon, which will concentrate its wonderful aroma.
Our 2022 Vintage goes particularly well with full-flavoured mature cheeses, rich cakes and puddings and can also be savoured on its own at the end of an evening.
