How do I get tickets?
Online ticket sales are now closed.
Tickets are available to purchase on the door for £6 – CASH ONLY.
If you have booked your tickets online or in advance from the shop, please don’t forget to bring your tickets with you even as a physical ticket, a print out of your booking confirmation or just show us the confirmation on your mobile device.
Please book separate tickets if you are intending to come as a group with some members arriving at different times – this would make it much easier for staff at the gate to process.
Hogs Back Brewery reserves the right to alter the ticketing conditions if it is felt that we are getting close to our maximum capacity. We will advise on the website and social media.
Do I need to book for children?
Under 14s are free and tickets will be available on the door. Over 14s will need a ticket. Please note, no unaccompanied children.

I am a Tongham TEA Club member and would like to book my free ticket
Tongham TEA Club members were sent an exclusive E-invite to the party with a link for booking their free ticket. If you haven’t received your invite or have lost the email please email email@example.com
TEA club free tickets are only available through the e-invite and will not be offered on the door.
The free invite applies to the main card holder only and not to secondary card holders. If you would like to bring a guest, please purchase your additional tickets either online or on the door.
What happens if I forget my ticket?
Only individuals with a ticket are allowed to enter the site. If you have booked online, please bring a print out of your ticket or show it to us on your phone or mobile device.
If you don’t bring your ticket, you will be required to purchase a new ticket on the door.
Can I get a refund for my tickets if I can no longer make it?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for tickets. You must not photocopy or share your invite/ticket.
Where is the Brewery?
The Brewery is located on the edge of Tongham, just off the A31 (Hogs Back) between Farnham and Aldershot.
Can I park at the brewery?
Yes, free parking will be available in the field opposite the brewery for the party. Please follow the arrows. Volunteers will be on duty to show you where to park.
Vehicles will be left at the driver’s own risk. Hogs Back Brewery will not take responsibility for any damage caused to parked vehicles.
You will be directed by the volunteers.
Please take care when crossing the road to and from the car park.
Will there be Blue Badge (Disabled) parking available?
Blue Badge parking will be in the main Hogs Back Brewery car park. You will need to display your blue badge when leaving your vehicle and will be directed to where to

Can I leave my car for collection after the event?
Cars should not be left overnight. Please be aware that the field will be locked after the party finishes on Saturday and will not be opened again until 9am on Monday morning.
Is there a drop off / pick up area?
The official drop off/pick up area will be available outside the Brewery and will be marked out.
Is there provisions for coach & mini-bus parking?
The coaches and mini bus drop off point will be beside the Barn in front of the brewery.
In order that your passengers can leave the coach safely directly onto the pavement, please approach the Brewery from the direction of the village of Tongham.
Due to the narrowness of The Street, please contact us in advance if you are planning to arrive by coach. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you intend to do so.
Unfortunately there is not space to park coaches on site (mini-buses can use the field car parking). There is a layby beside the Esso petrol garage on the slip road to the Hogs Back where coaches can be left, please email to specify location.
Is there public transport to the brewery?
By Bus: Stagecoach’s The Kite service runs regularly between Aldershot and Guildford stopping at Tongham and Ash Station which is just a short 10 minute walk from the Brewery.
Stagecoach’s No. 3 bus also runs regularly connecting Tongham with Aldershot, Yateley and Ash Vale train station

What drink will be available?
The Hogs Back Brewery Bar will serve a range of Hogs Back’s Ales including TEA, HBB, Surrey Nirvana, Green TEA (brewed using freshly harvested hops), Outback Pale Ale, Hazy Hog cider and Hogstar Lager as well as wine, prosecco, soft drinks, water and juice boxes.
The beer can be purchased in Half pint & pint glasses and also 5.5 pint PET bottles (TEA, HBB, Surrey Nirvana, Green TEA only).
The Bar will be twice as big as last year and will be CASH ONLY. We operate a Challenge 25 policy. There will also be a No Glass policy at the event. We reserve the right to refuse service.
What food will be available?
Street food stands will serve a mix of foods to cater for all tastes. There will be hog roasts, locally made Turner’s sausages with Hogs Back beer, burgers, as well as pizzas (with gluten free & vegetarian options). Watch this space for more information.
Will there be facilities for card payments on the day?
No, the party will be a cash only event for both the entrance and the bar & food stands.
What can my children do at the party?
A Kids Zone will run at the party from 3pm – 5pm with a Bouncy Castle, face painting, a chance to try out a musical instrument with the Rock & Pop Foundation. The Kid Zone will be free.
Please note, children cannot be left unaccompanied in the Kids Zone and will be used at your own risk.
Can I purchase anything in the Brewery shop?
The Brewery shop will be closed from 2pm on the day of the party and no purchases will be available from the shop after this point.
Will I be able to tour the Brewery or Hop Garden?
The Brewery and the Hop Garden will be closed for tours throughout the party.
What events will be going on?
There will be live music taking place throughout the day :

You can take part in a Hop Garland competition. Decorate your own hat with hop from our garden; the best hat will be judged at the party and the winner will receive a pair of Brewery tour vouchers.
You can have your photo taken on the famous Hogs Back motorcycle for a £1 donation to charity.
There will be short horse-dray rides where you will see the site of the new Hop Garden. The rides will cost £1 per child/adult per ride. They will be weather dependent, we may have to cancel if the weather is bad.
There will be a charity cheque presentation to Hogs Back Brewery’s chosen charity for 2018 Macmillan and an announcement of next year’s charity.
We will be announcing more events taking place on the day in the run up to the party online so please keep your eyes peeled!
Will I be allowed re-entry if I leave the party?
You will be given a wristband when you enter the party which will allow you to leave the site and come back in if needed. Re-admittance won’t be allowed if you have removed the wristband.
